Averly Scores are initially based on my clever machine learning algorithm that uses neuroscience to analyse tenants’ questionnaire responses. These scores aren’t set in stone and tenants have ample opportunities to improve their scores through behavior during the property rental process.
In order to apply for a property, tenants are required to complete a quick and easy questionnaire for you to gain some insight into their rental behavior.
