An active unit is either a whole property or a section of a property (if you’re renting it out by section). There are two types of active units:
- Awaiting Tenants: This is a unit that an agent has invited potential tenants to apply for.
- Existing Tenants: This is a unit that already has a tenant/tenants, and is currently under management by an agent. We would also call this an Active Lease.
