What is an active unit?

An active unit is either a whole property or a section of a property (if you’re renting it out by section). There are two types of active units:

  1. Awaiting Tenants: This is a unit that a landlord has invited potential tenants to apply for.
  2. Existing Tenants: This is a unit that already has tenants, and is currently under management by a landlord. We would also call this an Active Lease.
