Absolutely. Around six weeks before your lease runs out , I’ll send you a reminder. You can then either give notice if you want to find another property or you can start negotiating with your agent or landlord to extend your lease. Remember, great tenants are rewarded and you could negotiate a better deal on rent going forward.
