Yes it is. Once tenants have completed their original snag list, they’ll be able to use the same list to log any faults at the property. Whenever a tenant logs a fault, the agent or landlord will be notified and take the appropriate action to resolve the issue. I’ll keep a record of all the faults listed, and provide updates on their progress and status.
