Once you’ve completed your Averly Profile, you’ll be able to apply for a rental property. To apply, just share your Personal Profile with the agent or landlord in charge of the property. With access to your profile, they will be able to perform a credit check and access your verified documents. If your application is accepted, they will get in touch directly to sign the lease agreement. Once that’s done, the property will be linked to your Personal Profile. You can keep an eye on the progress of your application from your Averly dashboard.
