What is a Snag List?

It’s a list where any faults with the property are documented - those that require maintenance and those that don’t. On moving in, tenants have the opportunity to build a comprehensive snag list over a period of 7 days. This gives you time to highlight any existing faults in the property. Throughout your lease, you’ll also be able to add to your snag list, and let your landlord or agent know if the new snag requires maintenance.
